The offer of Cloud Mail service is designed for customers who need specific SMTP setting for sending electronic mail or for customers who regularly need to send larger numbers of emails, for example newsletters and bulletins.
We offer two versions of Cloud Server use. The Basic version is primarily designed for customers who send normal ordinary bulletins to their customers. The more advanced Standard version is designed for customers who regularly send a large number of emails and need individual setting of SMTP servers with more advanced functions.
Using DKIM digital signature DKIM technology will ensure that messages sent were not marked as spam. Mail service providers Google (gmail.com) and other just DKIM technology fully supports.

Removal of BL and temporary IP = lump sum payment. Individually = SMTP server is set according to customer requirements by prior arrangement and any calculation of professional work (programming, very specific settings). Blacklist (BL) - marking servers or their IP addresses from which it is not suitable to accept e-mails. There are several blacklists, which are maintained by various associations or commercial companies.

If you need common email services (sending and receiving mail, web interface), we offer two versions of the standard postal service. The E–mail option is ideal for private use, the E–mail PRO option is suitable for corporate clients.
An independent SMTP server with its own IP address for sending is established for each customer. This setting allows you to optimize the server and its settings. Customers do not affect each other when sending e-mails and are also protected from potential IP address location on the BL due to the activities of another user (they may, however, get on the BL through their activities).
The service is operational only after payment. Cloud servers are not intended for sending Spam. In the event of a breach of this condition the SMTP server is disabled with no refund of paid services. In the case of a paid removal from BL the customer pays the fee for the removal. The service is only intended for companies sending their mailings. Mediation of mailings to third parties is strictly prohibited and service will be cancelled without compensation.
